We guarantee to finish your new home between 24 - 30 weeks from signing the initial quote to completion. This includes waiting for frames. Our trusted supplier network means we can have your house frames delivered in 2 months, frames generally takes 4 months to arrive for most builders.
Our new home build rates vary between $1,800 -$6,000 m2. For a standard 250m2 new build, expect to pay anywhere from $450,000 - $1,500,000. The rate depends on the level of your home's finishes anywhere from the kitchen, roofing, bathroom, deck etc.
